Calendar of courses for children, adolescents and young adults

Please consult the general course calendar at Dhamma Mahi and Dhamma Nilaya then click on the date of the course in which you want to participate to access the online registration form.

We draw your attention to the fact that, in accordance with current legislation, we can accommodate no more than six children non-accompanied by a member of their family during the duration of the course.

At Dhamma Mahi, Anapana meditation courses are organized for children between 8 and 11 years old. Other courses, at different dates, are aimed at adolescents between 12 and 18 years old. In the case of adolescents, strict segregation is maintained from the moment of registration until the end of the course; this is done to meet the disciplinary challenges during adolescence resulting from mixed (co-ed) courses.

At Dhamma Nilaya, as with all 1-day courses, courses are organized for children from 8 to 15 years old (or sometimes from 8 to18 years old).

Before registering your child, it is thus important to carefully read the details on the calendar (or to call the center to inquire) to know which course corresponds to the age of your child.

At Dhamma Nilaya, however, since only 1-day courses are offered, all children between 8 and 15 years old are accepted with no distinction made to age-groups.

Parents, but also all servants who desire to do so, are heartily invited to participate in the organization of these courses (the only condition being to have completed a 10-day course).

Work abounds during the 1-, 2- or 3-day courses, not only to accompany these children who are overflowing with energy, but also to satisfy their hearty appetites!

Thanks to your dedication, and to these children who never cease to surprise us, there is always a delicate and substantial mixture of seriousness and joy.

May all benefit from this technique!
